Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional for COMEX with experience in B2B sales, prospecting, and closing—capable of analyzing the market and developing successful projects while strengthening relationships and acquiring new customers. We seek someone who does not merely sell, but also analyzes the market, prospects with vision, and generates successful projects. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or field sales (construction sites, industry, projects) Experience in prospecting and closing Management of commercial KPIs Experience (MANDATORY) in construction, industry, or paints · As part of our team, you will be responsible for: Learning and understanding our point-of-sale (PDV). Prospecting and acquiring new customers in the field, as well as strengthening existing relationships. Analyzing business needs to offer optimal solutions. Designing and executing effective visit routes. Building and following up on a robust pipeline of potential customers. Developing comprehensive projects that demonstrate the value of our COMEX solutions. · What do we offer? Base salary Uncapped commissions! Your effort translates directly into your earnings.
