A reputable company specializing in system development and implementation is seeking a **Junior Programmer (Solution Builder)** **PURPOSE** We require a candidate skilled in high-level programming languages to create and/or modify the programs constituting our systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Programming * System development * Quality testing * Problem analysis and proposal of systematic solutions * System implementation * Programming and implementation with clients / Direct client communication * Training sessions to explain how the system functions to users **JOB CHALLENGES** * Supporting and developing programs for various projects. * Proficiency in procedural programming languages for projects (more e\-commerce oriented, interacting with web pages; not design or visual)**?** * In the future, ability to coordinate development teams typically comprising 2\-3 members. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field (including self-taught programmers) Experience: * Minimum programming experience (similar positions: programmer, coder, systems analyst) \- Internships accepted; in certain cases, final-year students nearing graduation are also considered Knowledge: * Programming (programming logic) * Business processes (invoicing, collections, etc.) \- preferred * Procedural programming languages (Visual Basic or .NET, PHP, C language) * Databases and system implementation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) * English \- preferred Skills and Competencies: * Abstract thinking * Communication (ability to convey ideas effectively) * Initiative * Service-oriented mindset / Problem-solving orientation In the future, willingness to travel occasionally within Mexico. **SALARY, SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** * $12,000\-15,000 net monthly \+ statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 8:30\-13:30 and 15:00\-18:30; occasionally working on Saturdays under exceptional circumstances * Colinas de San Jerónimo; Galerías MTY area Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * In the future, would you be available for occasional travel?
