




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Analyst to manage payroll incidents, enter information, support payroll preparation, and maintain updated files, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll incidents and enters information into specialized systems. 2. Supports payroll preparation and prepares labor documentation. 3. Maintains up-to-date files and ensures process compliance. EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED FIELD YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: 1 to 2 years in assistant or analyst labor positions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: 1\. Receive, review, and consolidate payroll incidents from assigned clients. 2\. Enter information into authorized labor area systems (NOI, IDSE, and SUA). 3\. Support the preparation of regular and extraordinary payrolls according to the schedule. 4\. Prepare supporting documentation for hiring, termination, salary adjustments, severance payments, vacations, disabilities, and other processes. 5\. Verify that received information is complete and in the correct format prior to processing. 6\. Maintain updated physical or digital client, employee, and transaction files. hybrid Salary: MXN 13,000 net monthly, mixed compensation plus benefits after three months: life insurance, food vouchers, savings fund. Follow up on pending operational tasks within established timeframes. 9\. Address simple requests according to area guidelines, templates, or instructions. 10\. Comply with checklists, control formats, internal policies, and department SLAs. 11\. Download, reconcile, and generate monthly employer contributions: SIPARE and 3% on payroll. 12\. Perform payroll stamping and verifications in official systems. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: 1\. Fundamentals of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and Social Security Law (LIMSS). 2\. Basic payroll processes and incident registration (weekly and biweekly). 3\. Hiring, termination, and salary adjustment processes. 4\. Platform management: NOI, IDSE, SUA, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, Secretariat of Finance. 5\. Basic payroll calculation. 6\. Document control and preparation of administrative reports. 7\.
