Provides a positive candidate experience RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure efficient talent attraction, selection, and follow-up to fill organizational vacancies, providing a positive candidate experience and operational support to the Human Resources department. The position contributes to maintaining team operational continuity through agile, organized, and profile-aligned recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Posting and tracking vacancies across various recruitment channels. Resume screening and initial contact with candidates. Scheduling and coordinating interviews. Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. Support in compiling personnel files and documentation. Updating recruitment databases and reports. General administrative support to the Human Resources department. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). Minimum experience in recruitment or HR administrative roles (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools.
