You will support our team as a **Warehouse Worker** =============== ### **Responsibilities** * 1\.\- Prioritize material shipments according to the shipping schedule to meet agreed delivery dates with customers * 2\.\- Maintain up-to-date shipment records to expedite identification of waybills and order tracking by relevant departments. * 3\. Document the physical condition of materials upon departure to ensure proper shipment of goods and provide necessary documentation for any delivery clarifications requested by customers. * 4\.\- Perform product labeling, stretch-wrapping, and packaging, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and safety standards. * 5\.\- Optimize order preparation flow based on carrier pickup windows, ensuring timely shipment dispatch and preventing delays in outbound logistics. * 6\. Execute delivery creation (**deliveries**) in the system to enable billing processes and ensure administrative flow of materials to the customer. * 7\.\- Issue domestic and international transport waybills aligned with the physical characteristics of materials, ensuring the logistics provider assigns the correct vehicle for safe pickup. * 8\. Manage the international shipment database and promptly notify relevant parties, ensuring the billing department and customer have the necessary technical data for tracking and customs clearance. * 9\.
