Excellent work environment Job Description A growing company is seeking an **Industrial Refrigeration Technician** with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of cold storage rooms and freezing equipment. We seek a responsible individual with solid technical knowledge and a problem-solving orientation. Requirements * Experience assembling and repairing cold storage room panels. * Knowledge of piping assembly and refrigerant gas leak detection. * Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment: * Multimeter * Clamp meter * Pressure gauges * Vacuum pumps * Pressure and welding equipment * Experience repairing leaks in piping and condensing units. * Knowledge in: * Electricity * Mechanics * Electronics * Industrial maintenance and process machinery experience preferred. Main Responsibilities * Conduct inspections of refrigeration installations and equipment to identify maintenance needs. * Diagnose and resolve failures in freezing systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration units. * Accurately complete maintenance logs and reports. * Track work orders. * Supervise cold room checklists: * Evaporators * Condensers * Refrigerant charge * Pressure gauge readings * General adjustments and inspections * Perform maintenance on process line machinery: * Sealers * Batchers * Thermoforming machines * Packaging machines * Support general infrastructure maintenance: * Electrical systems * Painting * Masonry * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition.
