Are you a charismatic, organized person who enjoys public relations and the world of beauty? **Inyakumeech Belleza Integral** is looking for its next Receptionist and Experience Hostess for our grand opening on June 26. We seek the key individual responsible for welcoming our clients, coordinating our schedule, and ensuring every visit becomes an unforgettable moment of pampering and comfort. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Client Service and Hospitality:** Greet clients with an excellent attitude, offer complimentary beverages, and present the spa’s gourmet snacks and beverage menu. * **Schedule Management:** Coordinate appointments across our three service stations via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital systems, optimizing specialists’ time. * **Cash Register Control:** Open and close the cash register, collect payments for services (cash and card terminal), operate the point-of-sale terminal, and submit daily income reports. * **Snack Menu Management:** Perform basic preparation of menu snacks (using an air fryer with pre-cooked foods) and serve beverages (coffee, soft drinks, wine glasses), maintaining an immaculate, hidden kitchen. * **Digital Engagement:** Respond to inquiries on the spa’s social media platforms and actively and professionally follow up on client messages. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or cashier roles (preferably in beauty, spas, or boutique restaurants). * Excellent appearance, diction, and verbal fluency (public relations profile). * Basic computer skills, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Office suite. * Proactive, highly organized, honest, and capable of working under pressure in an organized manner. * Full-time availability, including weekends. * Excellent personal appearance and hygiene. * Ability to work toward goals and recommend at-home support products.
