Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** ------------------ The purpose of this role is to develop and execute packaging material supply plans for Sabritas Mexico, based on demand plans derived from the business’s S\&OP / IBP process. This position ensures comprehensive and strategic planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, directly contributing to key performance indicators such as service level, inventory optimization, and logistics cost efficiency. **Your Impact** -------------- As an **SC Planning Analyst (Packaging)**, you will be critical in ensuring the timely availability of materials enabling business operations. Your responsibilities include: * Managing placement and negotiation of purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring efficient and timely supply. * Administering the flow of packaging materials (inbound and outbound), maintaining an optimal inventory mix within the PMF\-Salado system. * Ensuring execution of production plans through core portfolio management. * Contributing to the growth of the Savory business unit through planning of innovations and future initiatives. * Monitoring and optimizing logistics costs, including inventory and transportation. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** ---------------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. ### **Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or plant environments. * Experience using digital systems (SAP preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Familiarity with Power BI and digital collaboration tools is desirable.
