You have the opportunity to grow personally, make a difference, and be part of a culture where individuality is recognized and valued every day. **IT Support Profile** * Technical High School Diploma\-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Communications and Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in the technology industry providing support for computers (laptop, desktop), printers, laptops, handheld devices, and others. * Teamwork * Effective communication * Problem solving * Results-oriented * Proactive * Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility * Availability for shift work (Mon\-Fri or Mon\-Sat) * Preferred: Oracle APEX experience. **Job Responsibilities** * Advanced knowledge of operating systems and software. * Intermediate\-Advanced networking * Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 10 and 11 * Advanced Microsoft 365 * Proficiency in Office suite applications (minimum 70%) * Optimization and implementation of best practices in technical support processes. * Providing first-level corrective support to users * Scheduling preventive hardware and software maintenance for the company. * Installation and administration of administrative and application systems for operational computing. * First-level technical support for corporate applications * Inventory control and preparation of equipment custody letters for computing devices and printers; assignment and installation of new computing equipment. * Infrastructure management\-Knowledge of cybersecurity, including data protection and threat prevention. * Basic use of SQL databases (simple queries, backup, and restoration). * Knowledge of cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) * Creation of user manuals and quick-reference guides to back up information * Configuration, administration, and support (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN) Conduent is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, genetic information, or any other protected group under applicable law.
