Job Summary: We are seeking an International Buyer with experience in import processes to research, select, and negotiate with Asian suppliers, coordinate imports, and manage the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and selection of reliable international suppliers 2. Negotiation of prices and commercial terms with suppliers 3. Coordination of imports and management of customs documentation **E-COMMERCE COMPANY IS SEEKING AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN IMPORT PROCUREMENT PROCESSES.** * Research and select new reliable Asian suppliers (China) * Search for new suppliers * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and purchase volumes * Issue and track international purchase orders * Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth imports * Manage import documentation and regulatory compliance * Analyze the impact of exchange rate fluctuations, tariffs, and logistics costs * Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, finance, operations) to align requirements and timelines * Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key suppliers * Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, service) * ERP system proficiency (preferably SAP or NetSuite) * Advanced English * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field (degree required) **WE OFFER** \- Salary based on qualifications \- Statutory benefits \- Punctuality and attendance bonus \- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM\) ***IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE, PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL*** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
