Tracking of suppliers, contractors, and installations **Vacancy: Project Coordinator (Sales Point Openings)** At **XE Brands**, we are seeking a **Project Coordinator** to support us in the **opening and follow-up of new sales points**, ensuring each project is executed on time and to specification. **Work Location:** Santa Catarina (Parque Landus) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the **opening of new sales points**. * Supervise progress in **construction, modifications, and installation**. * Track **suppliers, contractors, and installations**. * Verify that projects are executed according to company timelines and standards. * Coordinate logistics for materials and resources required for each opening. * Conduct regular site visits and progress reporting. **Requirements:** * Experience coordinating **field projects, branch openings, or renovations**. * Experience working with **suppliers and contractors**. * Availability for **travel and on-site supervision**. * Strong organizational, tracking, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Salary: $22,000 gross * Weekly payment (no holdback week) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30; Saturdays half-day (one Saturday per month, alternating) * Subsidized cafeteria Salary: Up to $22,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
