As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring financial and administrative control of projects, tracking income, expenses, and budgets, managing forecasts and cash flows, handling petty cash, and generating timely, clear financial reports to support business decision-making. What qualifications do you need to apply? * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or related field. * **3 years of experience** as a Financial Analyst in the **construction industry.** * Experience managing budgets, forecasts, recording income and expenses, petty cash administration and control, and analyzing administrative data. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
