Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Ensure the successful technical implementation of new stores with architecture, furniture, and visual merchandising suppliers Ensure Natura’s expansion plan by supporting the identification of commercial spaces for company-owned and franchise stores. Negotiate the best prices to improve store capex (construction, furniture, rentals) Manage purchase orders (POs) and monitor construction progress and payments with suppliers **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Ensure store openings by selecting the best suppliers for construction, furniture, and materials, among others.** **Coordinate with the Operations Analyst to ensure timely payment of rent, electricity, and other essential operational services for stores.** **Monitor lease agreements for new stores and, together with the Operations Analyst, ensure stores open with all required licenses and documentation.** **Monitor renewals of lease agreements for existing stores.** **Ensure registration of shopping malls in the Natura system.** **Coordinate with the Operations Analyst to renew operating licenses, civil protection permits, and electricity activation for new locations.** **Coordinate with the Operations Analyst on store insurance policies.** **Requirements:** * **Experience in Retail Architecture.** * **Numerical proficiency** * **PO entry in SAP** * **Knowledge of processes involving shopping malls** * **Strong verbal communication skills and creativity** * **Organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously** * **AutoCAD knowledge** **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
