We operate as a single team within the global Architecture Americas ecosystem, delivering value in operations, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and frontend application solutions in production environments. Our primary responsibility is to ensure service continuity, promote technological adoption, and strengthen the tools used by various business units to achieve a standardized bank focused on customer excellence. **What Are We Looking For?** -------------------------- We seek to incorporate into our team an individual with a mindset of continuous learning, self-study ability, and strong focus on resolving complex technical problems. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a solid background in software development or application support, actively engaging with development communities to guide, diagnose, and promote correct usage of key technologies and components across the Group. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Provide first-level technical and operational support to business unit development teams implementing the bank’s proprietary technology ("Sals"). * Promote correct usage of each component and technological infrastructure among developers, ensuring adoption of documented best practices. * Analyze, diagnose, and promptly follow up on technical errors and operational bugs in production environments, jointly with the discipline responsible for developing the technology. * Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-geographically with Channel Operations teams across multiple regions (Americas and Europe) to align global solutions. * Identify optimization opportunities and lead small projects or improvement initiatives for internal support processes within the area. **Job Challenges** -------------------- The main challenge of this role lies in rapidly assimilating and internalizing the institution’s proprietary development technology ("Sals") to efficiently resolve daily technical incidents, thereby shifting paradigms through assertive communication with distributed multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements** -------------- Knowledge and Experience * **Mandatory Knowledge:** + Proficiency in the Java programming language as the core technology. + Knowledge and experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Angular. * **Desirable Knowledge:** + Basic understanding of cloud concepts and operations (e.g., VPC, VDC). + Knowledge or foundational understanding of application security. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Software, or related Information Technology fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience performing software development functions (Full Stack / Frontend / Java) or application support roles focused on service layers and frontend. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * We Are One Team (Cultural Skill). * Continuous Learning (Cross-functional Skill). * Effective Communication (Cross-functional Skill). **How to Apply?** --------------------- If you are interested, apply by clicking “Apply” and remember to attach your updated CV.
