Participate in continuous improvement and process-standardization initiatives Requisition ID: 24697 Job Category: Finance \& Control Career level: Specialist Contract type: Permanent Location: Puebla, MX **R2R Accountant** At SKF, we are looking for an Accountantwith 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, R2R processes, and financial closing activities within corporate or shared services environments. We seek someone analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement—someone who ensures accurate financial information and contributes to the optimization of accounting processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (required). * 2–3 years of experience in general accounting or R2R. * Experience in multinational companies or Shared Services (preferred). * Intermediate English. * Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations: NIF, ISR, IVA, DIOT. * Intermediate IFRS knowledge (required). * Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and month‑end support. * Knowledge of inventories and provisions (preferred). * Intermediate SAP proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities** * Execute Record to Report (R2R) activities within the monthly accounting cycle. * Prepare and post journal entries, provisions, and adjustments. * Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Ensure compliance with NIF / IFRS, internal policies, and SKF global guidelines. * Prepare financial reports and support variance explanations. * Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing documentation and analysis. * Participate in continuous improvement and process‑standardization initiatives within R2R. * Maintain strong internal controls and contribute to best‑practice adoption. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Effective communication * Adaptability to global environments * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset **If you’re ready for the next challenge and want to grow your career, send us your CV and join SKF.**
