If you enjoy speaking with people, are skilled at organizing information, and have an interest in social media, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct calls and follow-ups with candidates (phone screening and scheduling). * Confirm interviews and track attendance. * Post and update job openings on employment platforms. * Initial candidate engagement via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Support social media management (content posting, stories, etc.). * Organize and update candidate databases. * General administrative support for the recruitment team. **Candidate Profile** * Currently studying or recently graduated in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable speaking on the phone and following up effectively. * Highly organized, fast-paced, and proactive individual. * Strong spelling and grammar. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and social media platforms. * Stable internet connection and personal equipment for remote work. * Passion for recruitment and interpersonal engagement. **What We Offer** * **100% remote work (home office).** * **Flexible schedule, Monday to Thursday.** * **Monthly financial support of $3,000 net.** * Ongoing training. * Practical experience and real-world learning in recruitment. **This role is ideal for you if…** You value structure and efficiency, respond quickly, enjoy communicating with people, and wish to gain professional experience from home.
