High attention to detail and tolerance for working under pressure Job Description: **At Moxx Arquitectura de Taller, we define ourselves as a company passionate about design and construction execution; our team consists primarily of young professionals, always operating in a healthy environment.** We are seeking to hire an honest, responsible architect with high attention to detail, punctuality, tolerance for working under pressure, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of architectural drawings for preliminary and executive projects, 3D modeling and rendering in SketchUp\- V-Ray, Lumion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) \- Ability to prepare quantity takeoffs, item catalogs, and cost estimates. \- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction details. **IMPORTANT: PLEASE ATTACH A PORTFOLIO OF YOUR WORK** Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: * Monday to Saturday Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
