Each of our projects seeks to seamlessly integrate interior and exterior spaces, incorporating and implementing new construction trends, materials, finishes, and sustainable alternatives—delivering architecture paired with a high-quality client experience, resulting in innovative projects supported by cutting-edge technology. **Job Description.** * Architectural and interior design * Development of construction documents * Providing assistance throughout the design process (design and construction documentation phases) * Supporting the development of creative and innovative design concepts, ideas, and solutions * Serving as a fully integrated member of the design team * Assisting in generating design-related information across all project stages * Personally verifying the accuracy, completeness, and legibility of work **Required Skills and Knowledge.** Education: * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (degree completed) Prior Experience: * 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior design Required Knowledge: * **Revit (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT — a test will be administered) Intermediate level.** * **English language: conversational and written proficiency (interview required).** * SketchUp * AutoCAD * 3ds Max * Corona * Adobe Suite * Microsoft Office Competencies: * Effective verbal and written communication * Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and motivation to learn * Collaborative and professional work ethic * Proactive participation in design reviews * Experience in developing projects across their various phases * Knowledge of construction processes * Familiarity with documentation required for building permits and urban development approvals * Problem-solving capability * Knowledge of construction document development and technical specifications * Attention to detail **Diversity and Inclusion at DIP Arquitectos.** At DIP Arquitectos, we believe human dignity and respect for every individual are fundamental to our timely and healthy development within society.
