Join your talent with one of the Top Companies Super Enterprises 2025 **In our team, innovation inspires, passion drives us, impact guides us, and belonging unites us.** **Join the Vinte team as:** **Mortgage File Integration Assistant** Job Objective: **Support the creation and consolidation of sustainable communities by enhancing the effectiveness of the Community Master Plan.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Drive community development to establish traditions and customs and improve quality of life. * Guide and raise awareness among Community stakeholders regarding compliance with the Internal Regulations, thereby enhancing prestige and added value for development. * Verify compliance with condominium and civil regulations, ensuring coexistence, harmony, and mutual respect among Vinte Community stakeholders. * Mediate and reconcile between Community stakeholders to resolve arising conflicts. * Promote implementation of the Community Master Plan to ensure its effectiveness within the Vinte Community. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in Post-Sales Social Policies, positively impacting Vinte’s Value Chain indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. * Experience: 3 years in a similar position. * Knowledge of community work, social integration, and conflict resolution. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary \+ Attractive benefits package. * Professional development opportunities.
