We seek a professional who will join our team, sharing our company’s values and commitments. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To deliver activities and classes for older adults across varying levels of assistance and capabilities, thereby improving their quality of life. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Psychogerontology, Gerontology, or related field; degree must be completed. * Minimum experience in this role: 2 years (preference given to experience with older adults). * Experience facilitating group activities, providing psychological support, and supporting individuals with dementia. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct stimulation activities through practical exercises. * Provide cognitive stimulation to groups of older adults. * Assess residents’ mood and overall condition. * Develop recreational activities for older adults. * Provide emotional support to older adults. * Deliver talks of interest to older adults. **WE OFFER** * $13,500.00 monthly. * $500 monthly attendance and punctuality bonus. * Statutory benefits. **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES** * Honesty and integrity. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Discretion. * Service-oriented attitude. * Creativity. * Emotional intelligence. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **WORK LOCATION: NEAR JURIQUILLA COMER** Employment type: Full-time.
