Management of job boards and competency-based interviews. **JOB PROFILE** **Junior Recruiter** **Job Objective** Support talent attraction, assessment, and selection processes to timely fill corporate vacancies nationwide, by applying recruitment techniques, selection filters, and coordination with area leaders—ensuring identification of candidates aligned with the role profile, organizational culture, and company operational needs. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of administrative recruitment and selection processes. * Experience managing job boards (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.). * Competency-based interviews (basic level). **Functions and Responsibilities** * Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms. * Conduct candidate sourcing and attraction through various channels. * Screen and analyze resumes according to required profiles. * Conduct initial interviews (telephone or virtual) to validate candidate experience, skills, and expectations. * Coordinate interviews with area leaders or managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. * Support the administration and basic interpretation of psychometric or technical assessments (if applicable). * Prepare vacancy tracking and candidate status reports. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees. **Compensation Structure** * $15,000 MXN monthly, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Free uniforms * Preferential travel discounts **Work Schedule** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **Work Location** * Providencia Financial District Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Recruitment: 1 year (Mandatory) * Candidate selection: 1 year (Preferred) Work Modality: On-site employment
