Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support weekly payroll calculation, control, and administration, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations. The role entails supporting weekly payroll calculation, control, and administration while ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as accurate integration of information into payroll and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities * Record and update personnel incidents (hires, terminations, leaves, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Calculate weekly payroll in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and individual/collective employment contracts. * Generate and cancel payroll CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts). * Calculate and file tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA). * Review and reconcile payroll reports against accounting records. * Prepare payment disbursements and coordinate with the treasury department. * Prepare personnel reports and statistics for management and audits. * Support internal and external audit activities. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and the payroll database. * Collaborate with Human Resources in tracking personnel incidents and administrative personnel control. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (graduated or internship candidate). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in payroll calculation and personnel administration. * Knowledge: * Labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq, or similar preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Skills: * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and multitasking ability. * Teamwork and effective communication.
