Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team, responsible for mass coverage of operational vacancies, job posting management, and candidate tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Organization, sense of urgency, and results orientation. **Recruiter** OLA TALENTO is looking for a new **Recruiter** with experience to join its team. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of **$16,500** * Monthly bonus of $1,000 for meeting hiring targets * Statutory benefits from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (including one-hour lunch break) * Work location with easy access to Glorieta Niños Héroes **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum **2 years of experience in operational (high-volume) recruitment** * Proficiency in various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, field sourcing) * Timely candidate and process follow-up * Organization, sense of urgency, and results orientation * Verifiable employment stability **Main Responsibilities:** * Timely and effective mass coverage of operational vacancies * Posting and managing vacancies across multiple platforms * Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening * Compiling candidate files and tracking through to hiring * Meeting recruitment performance metrics Salary: $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Experience: * Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
