Its mission is to help businesses simplify their accounting processes, fulfill tax obligations, and make better decisions using clear information. **Job Objective:** To manage the company's accounting and tax control, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and proper administration of financial resources in accordance with current regulations. **General Requirements:** * **Age:** 26 to 49 years old * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting * **Desired software knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel) * CONTPAQi (Accounting, Invoicing, and Payroll – Intermediate level) * SAT portal usage * **Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, information analysis, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Receiving and recording **bank statements, payroll records, reports, invoices, and IMSS documents**. * Recording journal entries for **revenues, expenses, and general ledger**. * Preparing **bank reconciliations**. * Using and managing the **SAT Portal**. * Issuing electronic invoices. WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 AM\-6:00 PM WORK LOCATION: Col. Jardines Vallarta, 45027, Zapopan, Jal.
