Responsibilities: * Validate and register invoices to generate a list of all outstanding balances payable to each supplier. * Upload XML and PDF files of all invoices registered during the month to SAP. * Prepare account statements indicating the payment amount and the name of the supplier paid. * Register invoices from subsidiaries. * Renew and register auto insurance policies managed by TRUMPF. * Prepare reconciliation accounts to visualize and/or offset open items displayed. * Register Telcel invoices for mobile phones used by company employees. * Register import permits and logistics expenses for customs account reconciliation. * Upload XML and PDF files of all logistics expenses to SAP. * Prepare vehicle leasing requisitions for company use. * Prepare reports and collect information on the Top 5. * Archive documents and payment records.
