PAYROLL CREDIT COORDINATOR At Exitus Credit, we seek field-based commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll credit disbursement. This role is for profiles who lead through execution, accompany their team in the field, and convert objectives into results. Responsibilities Lead and execute payroll credit disbursement in the assigned area. Direct, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. Drive client acquisition, closing, and growth of disbursements. Implement canvassing and commercial activation strategies. Monitor performance indicators focused on results. Ensure achievement of the branch's monthly targets. Requirements Experience in payroll and/or direct debit credits OR canvassing sales. Proven leadership of field sales teams. 100% commercial profile, goal-oriented. Availability to work 80% in the field. Knowledge of canvassing strategies. We Offer Immediate commission-based income.
