Responsibilities: Disbursement of individual loans Field-based customer prospecting In-branch customer service (sales and collections) Data entry, digitization, and follow-up of loan applications Customer negotiation Generation and follow-up of payment commitments In-person and telephone collections Payment reception and cash handling Requirements: Completed high school education Sales experience Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
