Professional development in high-impact operations Job Description: A leading e-commerce company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead last-mile operations in high-demand environments. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery execution, guaranteeing stringent service levels, route optimization, and control of operational costs within a dynamic and rapidly growing model. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily last-mile operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries. * Manage last-mile distribution centers (hubs) and/or dispatch stations. * Lead multidisciplinary teams (supervisors, coordinators, dispatchers, and delivery personnel). * Ensure achievement of key KPIs: On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Attempt Success Rate (FASR), productivity, fill rate, and cost per delivery. * Implement dynamic routing strategies and capacity optimization. * Manage logistics providers (third-party fleets / partners). * Analyze operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Monitor operations in real time and resolve critical incidents. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer experience standards. * Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Customer Experience, Transportation, IT, HR). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in last-mile operations (mandatory in e-commerce or parcel delivery). * Experience managing high-volume operations (1,000+ daily deliveries). * Experience leading large teams (80+ direct/indirect reports). * Proficiency in routing systems, TMS, and real-time tracking tools. * Experience managing providers and 3PL models. * Strong KPI orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and operational efficiency focus. * Ability to work under pressure and during extended hours.
