Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and responsible personnel for operational tasks at the plant, focused on preparation and finishing of metal parts. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain work areas and tools in optimal condition We seek dynamic and responsible individuals to join our operational team. Your role will be fundamental to the transformation of our products, directly participating in the preparation and finishing stages of metal parts within our manufacturing plant. **Key Responsibilities** * **Production Processes:** Execute support activities in manufacturing, including **rebar cutting**, **polishing** of parts, and **insertion** of internal components. * **Product Finishing:** Perform **painting** and detailing tasks for parts in accordance with established quality standards. * **Multidisciplinary Support:** Be available to rotate among different workstations and perform various manual activities according to daily production line requirements. * **Order and Cleanliness (5S):** Maintain work areas, machinery, and tools in optimal condition to ensure safety and efficiency. * **Safety Compliance:** Strictly follow industrial safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) for each assigned task. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (minimum). * **Experience:** Prior experience in metalworking workshops or industrial plants handling manual tools is preferred. * **Skills:** Manual dexterity, ability to perform physical labor, and aptitude for learning various technical processes. * **Attitude:** Discipline, punctuality, and strong willingness to carry out diverse operational tasks during the work shift. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **Attendance and Punctuality:** Strict adherence to scheduled working hours. * **Product Quality:** Compliance with quality standards. * **Work Area Orderliness:** Keep the work area free of waste and tools left out of place.
