Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard to safeguard the integrity of personnel, facilities, and assets, ensuring a secure environment through access control and continuous surveillance. Key Highlights: 1. Access management and security supervision at the production plant. 2. Continuous surveillance and risk prevention. 3. Acting as first responder in emergencies. We are looking for a responsible Security Guard tasked with safeguarding the integrity of personnel, facilities, and assets at our screw production plant. Your mission will be to ensure a secure environment through strict access control and continuous surveillance, adhering to our organization’s security and quality protocols. **Key Responsibilities** * **Access Control:** Manage entry and exit of staff, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles, ensuring accurate logging in registers and validation of authorizations. * **Surveillance and Patrols:** Conduct periodic rounds across facilities (production area, warehouse, and offices) to identify unsafe conditions, suspicious activities, or potential risks. * **Shipping Security:** Supervise the entry and exit of cargo units, verifying security seals and basic documentation per internal procedures. * **Loss Prevention:** Monitor compliance with asset, tool, and raw material exit policies to prevent losses or unauthorized removals. * **Emergency Response:** Act as first responder to incidents, fire precursors, or emergency situations, following Civil Protection protocols. * **Reporting:** Prepare daily incident reports and shift logs with clear and truthful documentation. * **Varied Duties:** May be assigned to various areas for simple tasks or light physical work. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school diploma (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in private or industrial security, with knowledge of access control and risk prevention. * **Skills:** Operational discipline, excellent observation skills, ability to follow precise instructions, and basic proficiency in digital or physical logbook management. * **Values:** Unquestionable honesty, professional ethics, punctuality, and respect for authority. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **Incident Control:** Number of unreported events or security breaches detected. * **Logbook Accuracy:** Level of precision and clarity in recording entries/exits of materials and personnel. * **Patrol Compliance:** Full execution of scheduled surveillance rounds during the shift.
