This is your opportunity to lead warehouse management in a company that values efficiency and order. **Your mission:** * Control of incoming and outgoing goods * Conducting / coordinating physical inventories (Monthly, Annual, Cyclical) * Review and control of Kardex records. * Application of continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, JIT, Kanban, etc.) * Documentation control / own stock and consignment stock. * Proper arrangement of materials. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and ensure alignment with the system to prevent stockouts. * Supervise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise. * Motivate, train, and supervise warehouse staff. * Maintain logs, merchandise records, and generate reports. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering (graduated or intern). * Proficiency in Excel (databases, pivot tables, advanced formulas). * ERP experience (Quanticus, Intelisis, SAP or similar). * Ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational skills. Results-oriented mindset. Practical judgment. Leadership ability. Skill in execution, persuasion, and direction.
