At Solistica, we seek your talent as a: Tasker **Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory control through physical and documentation verification, and ERP system usage. * Supervise product receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure smooth operations. * Execute and coordinate unloading of units, verifying the physical condition of products and recording information in the system. * Label, safeguard, and secure goods in the assigned area. * Organize and prioritize receiving and shipping activities. * Manage carrier schedules and appointments. * Coordinate receiving and shipping appointments with customers, ensuring timeliness and service-level adherence. * Record and manage receiving and delivery orders via the system. * Maintain effective communication with the warehouse team regarding the operations schedule. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, and customer standards. * Promote adherence to organizational environmental and safety policies.
