Inventory Analyst

Position Summary: Manage and control inventory through cyclic counts, data analysis, and movement tracking to improve operational efficiency and reduce variances. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and coordination of cyclic inventory counts. 2. Analysis of inventory discrepancies and follow-up on adjustments. 3. Support for internal and external inventory audits. **Position Objective** Ensure accurate inventory administration, control, and reliability by executing cyclic counts, analyzing data, and tracking system-based movements, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and variance reduction. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and coordinate **cyclic inventory counts** according to the established schedule. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and follow up on necessary adjustments. * Record and control inventory movements in the ERP system (SAP or other). * Generate inventory reports and variance analysis. * Ensure correct application of **FIFO (First In, First Out)** and/or **FEFO (First Expired, First Out)** methodologies. * Support internal and external audits related to inventory. * Monitor inventory levels and identify risks of stockouts or overstocking. * Prepare Excel reports using **pivot tables and basic formulas**. * Propose improvements to inventory control processes. **Position Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed or incomplete). **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in inventory control or warehouse operations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **cyclic counting**. * Basic knowledge of **SAP** or another **ERP system**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Familiarity with **FIFO and/or FEFO** methodologies. * Data analysis and interpretation skills. **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Organizational and control skills * Teamwork * Effective communication **I** **Working Conditions** * Benefits: Above-average Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
