Job Summary: Accounting and Portfolio Analyst to ensure route settlements, analyze weight discrepancies, manage accounts receivable, and collect invoiced amounts, guaranteeing correct issuance of CFDis. ACCOUNTING AND PORTFOLIO ANALYST Ensure 100% route settlement through signatures, payments, and credit notes for returns (undelivered goods). Analyze weight discrepancies, as well as accounts receivable and credit behavior to prevent high-risk accounts. Ensure collection of invoiced amounts and correct issuance of CFDis (Invoicing and Payment Complement). **You only need:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (diploma mandatory) in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * SAP and SIFA experience. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor bank reconciliations for disbursement and concentration accounts. * Route settlement. * Track customer payments and accounts receivable. * Review and analyze invoices for signatures, stamps, credit notes for weight discrepancies and returns, and 'paid' stamps. * Archive signatures of receipt for reports delivered to analysts. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $23,000 MXN monthly, paid weekly via Banorte payroll. * Full statutory benefits (100% employer contribution). * Savings fund. * Savings box. * Grocery vouchers. * 18-day Christmas bonus; life insurance. * Cafeteria service. * Free company product weekly. * Growth opportunities. * Direct employment contract.
