If you have customer service experience, process follow-up skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and assisting customers in the service area. * Preparing and tracking service orders. * Monitoring the repair status of vehicles. * Explaining diagnoses, completed work, and quotations to customers. * Coordinating with workshops and parts departments to ensure timely delivery. * Conducting post-service follow-up and addressing customer inquiries or clarifications. * Adhering to brand quality and service standards. Requirements: * Experience in customer service or automotive service advisory. * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent service attitude. * Organizational and administrative follow-up abilities. * Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Valid driver's license. * Flexible working hours. * Automotive service and parts experience is mandatory.
