Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Assembly Operator to ensure production and quality, while maintaining material flow and workstation order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure hourly compliance with quality and production targets. 2. Assemble plastic, metal, and PCB components. 3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. **Join our Team** ----------------- Join our assembly line as an Operator at the Tlaxcala plant. You will be responsible for following the production plan defined by your supervisor, ensuring hourly compliance with quality objectives and the production plan. You must manage materials at your workstation and notify the production leader when containers need replenishment—before materials are fully consumed—to prevent line stoppages due to shortages of materials, consumables, PPE, tools, or fixtures. **Responsibilities** * Meet the established production rate. * Always wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * Request materials from the material handler or production leader in a timely manner, before operations halt. * Assemble plastic, metal, and PCB components; apply specified torque values; and manage label control. * Clean components and maintain a clean, organized workstation. **Requirements** * High school diploma (completed or incomplete). * Knowledge of assembly processes. * Experience in manufacturing and/or product transformation industries. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity, responsibility, and discipline. **Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
