Verifies the entry and exit of packages, items, merchandise, and equipment. Conducts periodic patrols throughout all hotel areas, reporting any anomalies and following up to resolve them. Protects and preserves facilities and personnel in accordance with established tasks. Supports preliminary investigation in case of any reported incident. Controls, via logbook registration, entries of suppliers, contractors, visitors, etc., for various purposes. Complies with and verifies implementation of company-established policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. Maintains logbook control of departmental keys held at the PRECORI office. Logs vehicle departures, warehouse openings, radio usage, handover of ADR logbooks, safe deposit box openings, concentration envelopes, staff belongings, etc. Monitors and follows up on the HONEYWELL system. Assists any person injured and follows up accordingly. Cleans the work area. Supports the housekeeping supervisor in communications. Is informed about and participates in risk prevention and environmental protection measures, and becomes familiar with the company’s products and services to provide information during any sales opportunity.
