Report malfunctions and ensure facilities are in good condition **Join the savings family!** **Job Objective:** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in offices and branches, ensuring facilities operate properly. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform basic general maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing). * Assist with minor repairs, installations, and patching. * Carry out cleaning tasks in interior and exterior areas. * Inspect facility conditions and report malfunctions. * Move and repair furniture as required. * Assist in urgent situations or unforeseen events. * Maintain basic control of tools and materials. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic electricity (replacing light fixtures and outlets). * Basic plumbing (repairing leaks, toilets, faucets). * Simple carpentry and finishing work. * General painting. * Gardening and exterior area cleaning. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (technical program) * Experience in general maintenance (preferred). * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Willingness to travel to various branches in TLAXCALA.
