Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and ensure compliance with safety regulations, train personnel, and manage permits in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, effective communication, and field risk analysis. **Job Responsibilities:** * Schedule work permits for commencement of activities with the client * Conduct safety training sessions to prevent risks and inform workers * Continuously monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during working hours * Supervise compliance with official regulations and standards (IMSS, STPS, Civil Protection) * Risk analysis * Preparation and follow-up of reports * Submission of documentation required for safety compliance **Requirements:** **Education**: Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering, or related field. **Experience**: Proven experience in safety supervision for construction projects, industrial installations, or platforms. **Technical Knowledge**: * National regulations (STPS, applicable NOMs) and international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO) * Management of work permits for confined spaces, cutting and welding, and working at heights * Fire protection systems and safe work procedures * Preparation and management of safety dossiers * Implementation and monitoring of ISO standards in construction (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) **Competencies**: Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, effective communication, risk analysis, proactivity, and ability to resolve problems in the field. **We Offer**: * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Savings fund * SGMM
