Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost/Budget Analyst for Civil and Electrical construction projects, responsible for preparing budgets, controlling expenses, and managing procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cost and budget analysis for Civil and Electrical construction projects 2. Proficiency in NEODATA/OPUS and AutoCAD is mandatory (100% proficiency) 3. Opportunity for cost optimization and negotiation with suppliers Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Licensed Professional and Valid Professional License Valid driver's license Cost/Budget Analyst for Civil and Electrical Construction Projects. Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferably within the electrical/civil sector. • Preparation of budgets, unit price analysis, and mandatory use of NEODATA/OPUS. • Expense control and reconciliation of variances with Project Managers. • Preparation of work generators, estimates, and catalogs. • Validation of contract terms with suppliers. • Collaboration with cross-functional departments. • Management of domestic procurement processes. • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of resource management, construction processes, and materials. • Evaluation and identification of opportunities for cost improvement and optimization. • Preparation of executive reports on project financial performance. • Development and management of project budgets, optimizing material, labor, and resource costs. • Negotiation with suppliers and contractors to ensure availability of high-quality materials and services. • 3D design and modeling of civil and electrical project proposals. • Architectural surveys and material quantity takeoffs. • Software for rendering • Proficiency in SketchUp • AutoCAD at 100% • Presentations, technical-level drawing of plans, and compilation of documentation packages Competencies: • Honesty. • Punctuality. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Negotiation skills. • Responsibility. • Multitasking ability.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: Between 27 and 45 years Knowledge: Verbal communication, Architecture, Cost control, Neodata, Civil construction, Budgeting, Construction supervision, Price analysis, Construction project management Driver's license: Class A Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura, analyst, budgets
