Operational optimization and continuous improvement **Company specializing in industrial maintenance of chemical process machinery seeks: Maintenance Supervisor** **Minimum 2 years of experience required as Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Team Leader:** Main responsibilities include: Coordination, scheduling, assignment, execution, supervision, and control of all maintenance activities under their responsibility. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Operational Optimization: Minimize unplanned production stoppages and reduce machinery downtime; record actual time and resources consumed per work order and close work orders accordingly. Personnel Supervision, Resource Management, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance indicators. Prepare and review permits for high-risk work activities, ensuring lockout, tagout, labeling, and application of LOTOTO procedures. Create material reservations in SAP \- PM for use during maintenance tasks. Implement recommendations to ensure repairs are performed appropriately according to equipment damage type, thereby guaranteeing plant asset reliability. Specialized knowledge in lubricants and greases, vibration analysis, predictive maintenance (IM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), inspection, mechanical engineering, electricity, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, non-destructive testing, and regulatory standards: ASME, API, AWS, NOM, metallurgy.
