Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a chemical company, responsible for coordinating, scheduling, executing, and supervising maintenance activities, operational optimization, and continuous improvement. Job stability and continuous training **Company specializing in industrial maintenance of chemical process machinery seeks: Maintenance Supervisor** **Minimum 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Team Leader is required:** Main responsibilities include: Coordination, scheduling, assignment, execution, supervision, and control of maintenance-related tasks under their responsibility. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Operational Optimization: Minimize unplanned production downtime and reduce equipment idle time; record actual time and resources consumed per work order and close work orders accordingly. Personnel Supervision, Resource Management, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance indicators. Prepare and review permits for high-risk work activities, ensuring lockout, tagout, labeling, and implementation of LOTOTO procedures. Create material reservations in SAP \- PM for use during maintenance work. Implement recommendations to ensure repairs are performed appropriately according to equipment damage type, thereby guaranteeing plant asset reliability. Specialized knowledge in lubricants and greases, vibration analysis, predictive maintenance (IM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), inspection, mechanics, electricity, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, non-destructive testing, and regulations: ASME, API, AWS, NOM, metallurgy.
