Dynamic and operational work environment. **Job Objective:** Design, deliver, and follow up on training programs for the operational staff of our branches via remote means, ensuring correct understanding and application of established operational processes outlined in the internal manual, using dynamic and pedagogical methodologies that drive continuous improvement across branches. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Deliver initial and ongoing training to the operational teams across our branches. * Translate the process manual into clear, practical, and easily applicable content. * Design interactive activities, exercises, and dynamics to facilitate learning. * Evaluate the performance and comprehension level of trained personnel. * Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the team. * Monitor compliance with operational protocols at branches (via the monitoring department). * Support updating the process manual when necessary. * Generate training reports and personnel progress updates. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field. * Experience in training, teaching, or staff development (preferred). * Ability to communicate ideas clearly and dynamically. * Aptitude for working with operational teams. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (presentations, documents, etc.). **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Leadership * Proactivity * Adaptability * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Ongoing training on internal processes. * Opportunity for growth within the company. * Dynamic and operational work environment.
