Develop and improve value-added product content We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Catalog Data Technician** to maintain and enhance the accuracy of our Electronic Product Catalog (EPC). This role focuses on analyzing, standardizing, and managing automotive aftermarket product and vehicle application data to ensure high\-quality, consumer\-ready content. ✅ Key Activities * Maintain accuracy and integrity of the Electronic Product Catalog (EPC) by reviewing and validating new content using quality control tools. * Analyze, interpret, and standardize automotive aftermarket vehicle application and product data. * Perform advanced data entry using internal tools, including queries and macros. * Manage and process large volumes of data using Excel and Access databases. * Ensure compliance with company standards for data quality, consistency, and accuracy. * Create and maintain documentation to support process improvements. * Analyze eCatalog application discrepancies and resolve issues by modifying or adding content. * Develop and improve value\-added product content, including: * Digital assets * Marketing copy * Features and benefits * Product specifications * Cross\-references and cross\-selling content * Keyword alias and search optimization content **Job Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma required or Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in database management, customer service, or electronic catalog systems. * **Language:** Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). * Strong analytical skills and quick learner. * Ability to manage and process large datasets. * Excellent problem\-solving and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Clear understanding of consumer\-focused content needs. **Skills \& Competencies** * Microsoft Excel (advanced) * Database analysis * Customer service * Troubleshooting and issue resolution * Operating systems * Analytical thinking * VoIP knowledge (preferred) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
