Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Operational**Job Objective** Properly execute maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective, Planned, Predictive), optimizing spare parts consumption, maintaining equipment in optimal condition and readily available for efficient operation, pursuing continuous improvement.**Responsibilities and Activities** Responsibility 1 1\.\- Perform corrective maintenance to address emergency situations and report contingency situations arising during the process to the Office of Value Leader. 2\.\- Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work. 3\.\- Execute planned maintenance, verify documentation of completed work, and deliver corresponding information or documents. 4\.\- Review equipment failures occurring during the process. 5\.\- Ensure proper equipment operation through daily inspections and implementation of autonomous maintenance on equipment. 6\.\- Propose creation or modification of route sheets for assigned equipment to improve performance and availability times. 7\.\- Conduct tests for replacement of spare parts. 8\.\- Request manufacturing or repair of required parts at the lathe workshop and follow up on such requests. 9\.\- Optimize spare parts consumption, ensuring unnecessary parts are not consumed. 10\.\- Assist supervisors or Mechanical Technicians in their area with SAP system information queries (this activity applies only to personnel supporting maintenance planning). 11\.\- Enter clean/aseptic areas following the instructions applicable to their workplace. Experience 6 months in: * Basic mechanics. * Knowledge of machinery used in pharmaceutical / food / electronics industries. * Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical control. Knowledge * Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. * Diagnosis and correction of electrical and mechanical failures across diverse equipment. * Basic knowledge of instrumentation and PCs. Education Technical Degree**Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * In electricity and electrical control. * In machinery used in pharmaceutical / food / electronics industries. KNOWLEDGE: * Diagnosis and correction of electrical and mechanical failures across diverse equipment. * In instrumentation and PCs.
