Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in general accounting, financial closings, and audits to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in general accounting and production process optimization. 2. Participation in the development of accounting policies and procedures. 3. Inventory control and audits. We are a Mexican company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in solutions that optimize production, assembly, packaging, and continuous improvement processes. Due to our growth, we are looking to integrate a professional into our team for the General Accountant role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree completed) * Minimum 2 years of experience as General Accountant or similar position * Solid knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and withholding taxes * Experience in financial closings, audits, and inventory management * Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (intermediate–advanced level) **Main Responsibilities:** General Accounting * Record, supervise, and validate the company’s accounting transactions. * Prepare monthly and annual financial closings. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations. * Execute clean-up of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Manage fixed assets, including recording depreciation and amortization. * Support the Administration and Finance Management in preparing trial balances, financial statements, costs, and expenses. * Analyze variances in financial reports. * Participate in the development and updating of departmental policies and procedures. * Promptly escalate deviations, failures, or omissions from established policies. * Inventory control and audits. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Educational support * Psychological support * Complimentary medical consultations * Medical expense insurance in case of accidents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
