Analytical work focused on engineering requirements and changes Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's in Administration, or related field 1 year of experience Specific knowledge in: * Interpretation of requirements (forecast), customer requirement management. * Experience with ERP systems preferred, especially SAP. * English proficiency: 85% preferred. * Analytical mindset; intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and decision-making skills.
