We are a company specializing in professional water purification systems for restaurants, cafés, and homes, operating across multiple cities in Mexico and serving thousands of active customers. Today, we seek a candidate with leadership ability, strong technical judgment, and a high sense of responsibility—to supervise the quality of our technical services and help build a robust, professional technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the quality of services performed by the technical team. * Identify poor practices and ensure operational standards. * Train and develop maintenance and installation technicians. * Support complex diagnostics and fault resolution. * Manage inventory control of spare parts, cartridges, and tools. * Cover technical routes in cases of staff absence or operational overload. * Document incidents and propose operational improvements. * Serve as the primary responsible party for maintaining order and technical quality in Guadalajara. **Ideal Profile:** * **Experience supervising technicians or field crews.** * Experience in technical maintenance, installations, or field service. * **Leadership and follow-up capability.** * High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * **Organized individual oriented toward practical problem resolution.** * Ability to work under quality standards. * **Desirable experience in water purification, refrigeration, coffee equipment, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or technical equipment.** * Valid driver's license. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $15,000 MXN net per month \+ mobility bonus ($2,000\) \+ performance-based bonuses (up to $5,000\) * Salary increase to $18,000 MXN net upon indefinite-term contract renewal. * Full gasoline reimbursement for operational use. * Tools and operational support. * Ongoing technical training. * Job stability and real career growth. **Requirements:** * Personal motorcycle in good condition. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for fieldwork. * Ability to travel between various locations across Guadalajara and surrounding areas.
