Probability and statistics, geometry and trigonometry, Certified Quality Engineer qualification, Certified Auditor qualification, computer software packages. Strong communication skills, analytical reasoning ability, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation skills. **Job Requirements** -------------------- * Responsible for maintaining inspection processes for suppliers in Chihuahua, Mexico, ensuring these processes are properly implemented. * Review and update necessary documentation to ensure correct application of quality procedures. * Participate as a member of the Quality team in MRB, SRBT, and any other required results presentations and meetings. * Conduct investigations, resource management, and follow-up on quality actions for nonconforming supplier parts affecting production. * Schedule and conduct supplier audits. * Analyze suppliers and parts with potential for improvement, applying methods such as risk assessment, FMEA, and/or other quality tools. * Submit monthly reports tracking nonconforming parts, progress made, and changes implemented; also include results of conducted audits. * Collaborate across departments to determine root causes of failures observed in parts. * Prepare and present results reports when required. * Support the Quality department in assigned activities. * Comply with company-established safety, prevention, and control measures. * Participate in training, orientation, and information sessions related to safety; serve on company-designated safety teams. * Participate in labor authority interviews. * Report any potential limitations affecting assigned tasks and refrain from performing activities that increase the likelihood of accidents or incidents involving personnel and/or materials. **But what else?
