Maintenance Manager Your responsibilities: * Responsible for maintenance indicators. * Implementation and sustainability of maintenance\-focused systems to improve area results, such as: Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, M2S, EAM, and other applicable technical and administrative systems. * Planning and execution of infrastructure projects (Capex) assigned by the Plant Management according to defined budget and timelines. * Manage the area to achieve zero accidents by complying with applicable procedures, following up on actions under their responsibility, and providing continuous coaching to their team. * Has the authority to stop any activity being carried out under unsafe conditions or acts.
