This role ensures compliance with aerospace standards (such as AS9100, FAA, EASA, NADCAP), customer requirements, and internal procedures. The Quality Leader promotes a culture of continuous improvement, product integrity, and operational excellence across the business. **Job Requirements** -------------------- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of quality experience in the aerospace or defense industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. **But what else?
